Console

Support

File a support ticket from the console and follow its status.

Open Support in the sidebar to tell the support team what is wrong and to see the tickets your organization has filed. Answers come by email.

File a ticket

  1. Enter a Subject of at least 3 characters.
  2. Under What happened, describe the problem.
  3. Press File ticket.

The screen confirms with the ticket's id, and the ticket appears under Your tickets.

Any member of the organization can file a ticket, whatever their role.

What to include

When a call to the API misbehaved, include its request id. It is the value of the x-aiml-request-id response header, and it is also shown on the requests screen and on every error panel in the console. With it, the support team can find the exact request. The errors reference explains each error code.

See your tickets

Your tickets lists every ticket filed by you and your teammates, with:

  • the subject and the text;
  • the status, for example open;
  • when it was filed.

Other requests that become tickets

Some actions elsewhere in the console file a ticket for you: asking for a limit increase above what your plan allows (limits), asking for a correction to an invoice (invoices), and asking for a refund of unused credits when you close the organization (organization settings).

If you are a reseller's customer

When you use the console on a reseller's own domain, the reseller sees your tickets as well as the platform's support team. If the reseller has published a support address, the screen shows it and you can write there directly. See reselling ai.ml.

When the form is disabled

The form is disabled in a read-only session, such as when ai.ml support is viewing your organization at your request. A banner at the top of the console says when that is the case.
